Start a return from your order details within the return window. Approved refunds are credited to your Gher Tak Wallet within 36 to 48 hours.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items received damaged may be returned with photos of the damage.
- Non-refundable items (e.g., fresh dairy, milk, yogurt) cannot be returned.
- At least one photo of the items is required.
- Approved refunds are credited to your Gher Tak Wallet within 36 to 48 hours.
How returns work
- Open a completed order and select the items you want to return.
- Choose a reason and upload at least one photo of the items.
- Submit your request. After approval we arrange pickup; your refund is credited to your Gher Tak Wallet within 36 to 48 hours.
